Model Career Center Started at Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic

Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj (MVP) has undertaken the initiative to provide free and quality jobs to whoever asks. For this purpose, a Model Career Center has been started at the institute’s Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Labour and Employment and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Principal Prashant Patil informed that unemployed youth are benefiting from this center.
Adv. Nitin Thakare (General Secretary of MVP), Balasaheb Kshirsagar (President), Dr. Sunil Dhikle (Vice President), Vishwasrao More (Vice President), Devram Mogal (Director), and Dilip Dalvi (Secretary), along with Principal Prashant Patil, have appealed to unemployed male and female youth in Nashik—whether 10th pass, 12th pass, graduates, or educated in any discipline—to take advantage of this opportunity.
Principal Prashant Patil stated that job information is provided at MVP’s Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic, located at Udaji Maharaj Boarding on Gangapur Road, upon presenting all necessary documents. Interviews are conducted accordingly. Jobs are completely open and free for 10th pass, 12th pass, graduates, and candidates with any educational background, with guaranteed employment for everyone.
Youth Training
Under this initiative, 7-day, 15-day, and 90-day training programs are organized for youth. Afterwards, companies are recommended based on their skills and capabilities. For further information, youth are urged to contact Prof. Sushant Aher at the polytechnic center or Sagar Shirsat, Manager of the Center. There is no cost involved for this service.
MVP Selected from Nashik
The ‘E-to-E’ (Education to Employment) project is implemented by the Central Government’s Ministry of Labour and Employment and CII. Over the last two years, 100,000 youth in Mumbai secured employment through this project. MVP’s Polytechnic was selected to implement this project in Nashik district. Under this scheme, job fairs are organized and free high-tech skill development training is provided as needed. Regular operations of the project have commenced, and CII has appointed 6 full-time staff members for this project.
