MVP’s Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic Nashik, Department of Information Technology has successfully organized a **Guest Lecture on “Personality Development ”** on **07th September 2026** for the students.

The session was conducted to enhance students’ Personality Development, Professional Grooming, Communication Skills , Confidence, Interpersonal Skills , and Interview Readiness, helping them develop the essential soft skills required for career success.

The resource person, **Ms. Tania Arora**, **Internationally Certified Image Consultant, Soft Skills Trainer, and Founder of Level Up Finishing School, Nashik**, shared valuable insights on Personality Development, Professional Presence, Grooming, Communication, Presentation Skills, and Interview Preparation.

The session also focused on body language, etiquette, confidence building, goal setting, time management, teamwork, and effective communication,enabling students to prepare themselves for academic, professional, and placement opportunities.

The program was coordinated by **Ms. R. B. Gawale** under the guidance of **Ms. M. B. Patil(HOD – IF)** and **Prof. Prashant Patil (Principal)**.
