MVPS’s Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic, Nashik, in association with the Maharashtra State Faculty Development Academy (MSFDA), Pune, successfully organized a 3-Day Administrative Training Program for Non-Teaching Staff on 6th, 8th, and 21st July 2026 at RSM Polytechnic, Nashik
The training program focused on enhancing the professional, administrative, and digital competencies of non-teaching staff through insightful sessions on Role of Administrative Staff in Institutional Growth, University Acts & Legal Compliance, Office Procedures & Workflow, Record Management & Documentation, Service Book & Dead Stock Register Maintenance, Decision Making & Responsibility, Digital Skills & AI Awareness, Data Management & Information Security, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Stress Management & Workplace Well-being, and Teamwork & Workplace Ethics.
The sessions were conducted by eminent resource persons including Prof. P. N. Patil, Dr. Dilip Bharad, Mrs. Mehjabin A. A. Mhaisale, Dr. Santosh Shahapurkar, Mr. Shripad Burkale, Dr. Umesh Raut, Mr. Saumya Pani, and Dr. Vaibhav Jadhav, who shared their expertise and practical insights with the participants. The valedictory session concluded with participant experience sharing and institutional action plans.
The program was organized by Mrs. P. A. Shinde under the guidance of Prof. Prashant Patil (Principal). The training received an enthusiastic response from the administrative staff, making it a valuable initiative for strengthening institutional administration and professional excellence
