The Five days Faculty Development Program \u201cBritish Council\u2019s Train the Trainer Program\u201d was organized by Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj\u2019s Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic, Nasik on 4th<\/sup>\u00a0February, <\/sub>2025 to 8th<\/sup>\u00a0 February, <\/sub>2025. Inaugural session was started at 10.00am. <\/strong>\u00a0Welcome address was given by Mrs. V.R.Bagdane , Lecturer in English, Dept. of Science and Humanity. She introduced \u00a0the trainer, Mr. Rahim Hajiani who is \u00a0an accredited and experienced Professional Skills Trainer in British Council. Institute Principal, Prof. Prashant Patil Sir felicitated the guest. Principal wished the participants to take away some new techniques from the program. Dr. Sachin Pachorkar, Head of the Alumni Department, Dr. Sharad Binnor, Co-ordinator of the program, Prof.T.K.Thange, Head of the Department of Science and Humanities were present for the program. Mr. Rahim Hajiani introduced the teachers \u00a0to new terms, various Methodologies of teaching English and Communication which includes GTKY Techniques by learning by doing technique. He also explained advantages and disadvantages of effective and ineffective classroom.<\/p>\n

On the last day, Hon. Adv. Nitinji Baburao Thakare, Sarchitnis, MVP Samaj\u2019s, Institute Principal, Prof. Prashant Patil, H.O.D. of Science and Humanity Department, Mr.T.K.Thange, and Dr. Sharad Binnor, Co-ordinator of the program, all were present for the concluding program. Teacher Trainers shared their valuable thoughts on this occasion. The program was ended with vote of thanks proposed by Mrs. V.R.Bagdane. Overall, the program was effectively held in MVPS\u2019s Rajarshi Shahu Polytechnic, Nashik.<\/p>\n
