On January 18, 2025, MVPS\u2019s Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic, Nasik, Department of Science and Humanity has organized an expert lecture for First Year Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Computer Technology students on \u2018Stress Free Youth\u2019. The program commenced with a solemn and ceremonial worship of Goddesses Saraswati, led by the HON. Principal, Mr. Prashant Patil sir. On behalf of the institute, Mrs. V.R.Bagdane delivered welcome speech. The lecturer, Ms. Akshada Madhav Deshpande, known as best orator in Maharashtra (pursuing her B.A.L.L.B). She has shared her views on constitution and responsibility of youth towards it. Mr. Abhishek Prabhakar Kale, a young YOGA enthusiast& Business Data Analyst, advocates the need for Time Management to reduce the stress. Stress can push you to study, plan, and prepare. But too much stress \u2013or stress you can\u2019t manage-keeps you from doing and feeling your best. It can wear you down, drain your energy, and make it harder to get things done. Too much stress can lead you to feel annoyed or scattered. He also guided students about how to perform Sudarshankriya.
