On 21st\u00a0 June\u00a0 2024,\u00a0 MVPS\u2019s\u00a0 Rajarshi\u00a0 Shahu\u00a0 Maharaj\u00a0 Polytechnic\u00a0 celebrated 10th<\/sup> International Yoga Day. It was attended by all teaching, non-teaching staff members. The event began with a brief introduction on Yoga Day by Prof. V. R. Bagdane and by welcoming the guest of honor Mr. Sanjay Mechkul, Teacher, Art of Living. Sanjay sir encouraged to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration. Prof. Prashant Patil, Principal, Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic addressed the participants the importance of yoga practice in our life. <\/strong>All Faculties, Staff were taught the importance of Yoga in their life & how to maintain the harmony between body and mind. They discussed the importance of yoga and promised to introduce this activity in their daily lives.<\/strong>Warm up exercises were taken and all the staff members practiced & performed sitting and standing asanas, importance of these were explained simultaneously.<\/strong><\/p>\n
